If for any reason you're not happy with any of the items in this package, you can return them by sending them back to us.
From receipt of your order you have 30 days for Australia and New Zealand orders, or 31 days for all other countries to return items with proof of purchase provided you have complied with our returns policy (see https://taatahimerchants.com/pages/shipping-returns). We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour that you may prefer.

- RETURNING/EXCHANGING ONLINE PURCHASES: When you return an item by post you must state how you would like us to process your return, whether you want an exchange or a refund. Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value. If the item you exchange for is of lesser value than the original item, we will refund the difference to the card used to make the original purchase.
- It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return depending on your location and which postal service you use. We recommend you send your return parcel on a tracked service as all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Taatahi Merchants.
- Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the items within 5 business days to ensure you receive your refund/exchange as quickly as possible. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
- If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an exchange request, you will automatically be refunded to the card used to make the original purchase.
- FAULTY ITEM? If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the issue for you.

We offer flat-rate returns on NZ orders*. A pre-paid returns label will be supplied for a flat-rate of $5, which will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene seals still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.
Please follow our returns process below:
- Complete the return request (electronic form below) within 7 days of the date of delivery, indicating that you would like to return for a refund.
- You will receive an email response with an RGA number (Returned Garments Authorisation), as well as a Prepaid ParcelPost Return Label that you should print out and attach to your package (for NZ customers only, on full-price purchases).
- Complete the Returns Form that was included with your delivery – ensure you complete all sections of the form.
- Please package the garments up with the completed Returns Form and lodge at a NZ Post facility over the counter (within 14 days of the date you received your delivery) to:

Taatahi Merchants is not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended you include tracking and insurance for your protection.
Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Taatahi Merchants reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise they will be checked over prior to final approval to process your refund. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are unable to offer Exchanges, we instead ask that you return your order for a refund following the above steps, and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.
